We welcome you to come and stay with us, and our beautiful, freshly renovated 2BR / 2BA in Snowmass Village! 

Our location makes us a prime vacation location for friends and families. We are a two-minute walk to free busses going anywhere in the valley, a five-minute walk to the center, grocery store, and restaurants, and less than a mile from Snowmass Base Village, the Snowmass Mall, and all on-mountain activities including skiing. Our unit is connected to the mountain via a pedestrian foot and ski bridge, so you need not cross a road to get home after a shred or a ride! At the end of the day with some skills, you can ski home :- )

Two brand new bathrooms have with large shower heads, backlight makeup mirrors, and fresh tile for epic showers and baths.  A spacious kind bed, a new queen sleeper sofa, art, and furnishings have transformed our homey haunt into a chic mountain getaway for the whole family. Two bedrooms with attached baths, brand new washer and dryer, and all to convenience. Conveniently located directly on the RFTA and Snowmass shuttle lines for free rides to all the ski areas, Aspen, and Snowmass Base Village and Mall. 

The main living area is spacious with a kitchen large enough to host a few friends. The living room faces the mountain getting good sun for most of the year and the electric fireplace will keep you comfy and cozy on those long winter nights. For extra space there is a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. 

Our large balcony, with a private grill, is a true gem, overlooking Snowmass Ski Area and the entire Snowmass valley and golf course. There is a brand new in-unit washer/dryer for mid-stay laundry and a shared hot tub with the rest of the complex.

Snowmass Getaway!
My wife and I were visiting Snowmass to get away from the Texas heat and attend JAS Snowmass Aspen. This rental was in a great location! We were a short walk from a bus stop and walking distance from a grocery store and the lower mall of Snowmass Village (which has terrific restaurants). The rental was the perfect size for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were new and modern. We could tell the unit was recently renovated. It looked great. The balcony has a nice view too. We would definitely rent again.

Nice location but a lot of Stairs
While the unit itself was quite nice we were not aware of the extensive stairs we needed to climb to get into our unit. The parking was at least a full floor below the first floor units and our unit was on the 2nd floor. Our aunt and uncle were with us. They are both in their mid 80s and were visiting from Florida to attend our nephews wedding. Needless to say climbing essentially 2 plus floors at an elevation of +/- 8000 ft. made it quite difficult. for them. The information on this unit and its location did not mention the stairs. This might be something others might like to be aware of. The bedroom doors did not close/latch securely. We had to prop something against them to keep them closed. We were not given the lock box combination to initially get into the unit. We called the management company and they were able to provide it. Although we did not make use of the pool just be aware that the photos give the impression that it is directly adjacent to the unit. It is not. You have to walk up the drive to get to it.

Wonderful communication from Skippy, the manager. Easy to access property with parking, on the second floor. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Stayed a couple of nights after completing the Ragnar Relay and it was close to trails, the bus to Aspen, and restaurants in Snowmass. Nice central walking spot. We would stay here again!

The condo unit is exactly as pictured in the photos. Good location. It is certainly ski in ski out, just need to cross a pedestrian lift and there is a lift behind the viceroy hotel. If you are going to ski school then it is at the base, another lift. The property is clean, and overall updated and maintained as described. Good heating system too which is very much needed during winter season. Property is on a 2nd floor (get ready for short flight of stairs with luggage). Property manager responds promptly. Easy check in and check out. I would stay again!

Clean and great location
This property is nicely updated. It's an old structure but it's been redecorated really cute, and it's very clean. It worked well for our family of four. The bathrooms are recently redone and very nice. The best thing about the condo is the location - it's super easy to walk over the bridge to the Assay Lift, and to ski back very close to the building. The condo doesn't come with designated parking but we had no problem getting a spot right out front. The manager Skippy was very responsive and easy to work with.

Awesome place
This two bedroom condo was short walk (down 2 short flight of stairs at condo). To get to Assay hill ski lift, out the back of condo up a flight of stairs then over a short bridge, done. It has some nice views from front deck. Easily can jump on free shuttle right at the front of condo. Skippy, the property manager was very responsive, polite, and helpful! I would definitely use him and book this place again.

We were pleased with this 2 bed/ 2 bath condo. It is conveniently located to grocery store and the base of Snowmass. Parking was easy. the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the nice shaded balcony overlooking the mountain. Probably the best part of this VRBO was the management company and contact person, Skippy. He was quick to answer all of our texts and phone calls. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location with just what you need
This property is located in an ideal spot if you're looking for Snowmass Village convenience without the in-village pricing. Located just across the wooden bridge at the base of Assay Hill, it's a short walk in the morning up to the lift and your day on the slopes, and in the afternoon you can ski across the bridge and nearly to your door. Skiing home was a highlight for the kids. If you're not up for the walk in the morning, the free village commuter bus picks up outside the front door every 10 mins or so. Accomodations were comfortable for 5. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great! There were a few hiccups initially driven by quick guest change overs, but were easily resolved. The pull out couch isn't that comfortable, so stays more than a few nights with more than 4 people might be tough. We ate in most mornings and nights with the kids, and the kitchen had the needed tools to get the basics done. With the combination of location, price and convenience to the slopes, would certainly look to stay here again when we're next in Snowmass for skiing.

Great location right in front bus stop. Easy to walk to assay hill lift. The stove top was a little hit or miss. Some of the burners didn’t work. Otherwise super easy, great location, would definitely rent again!

Great location to slopes
I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and one of our adult sons. We had a wonderful time skiing Snowmass and Aspen. The list to snowmass slopes was a short walk away, which was awesome. The condo was very nice and I loved the fact that they provided tea and coffee. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable and the view from the balcony was mountains! Snowmass itself was great - lots of restaurants to choose from and the grocery store was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying at this unit. We didn't utilize the pool or hot tub but probably would have if not for darn Covid!

Affordable Snowmass Condo
The location was perfect for an affordable condo. The views of the aspens changing color from our porch was magnificent. Would be very convenient for skiing and there are many stores and restaurants in walking distance.

Very clean. Updates are cute. There should be a dresser in both bedrooms (only in one). The owners should think about adding trash cans to the bathrooms and screens on the windows ( it was very hot and we didn’t want to let bugs in). Nice location and close to everything.

So much potential
The property is in a good location just outside of the Snowmass village base camp. It’s easily accessible with quick access to anywhere in Snowmass and free shuttle service if you don’t want to drive. Bathrooms are recently updated and in-unit laundry is nice. The negatives… there is no AC (not uncommon for mountain towns) but there are also zero fans. No overhead fans, no box or freestanding fans, nothing for air movement whatsoever. It was uncharacteristically hot while we were there so we asked the property manager if there were fans we would check out. He said no and suggested we find another place to stay instead of being “predictably uncomfortable”. What?! We paid a lot of money to stay here… we just want a fan. No effort to apologize for the inconvenience or anything to that nature really left a bad taste. We travel to the mountains at least once a year and fans are definitely standard practice. Moving on… Trash cans in the bathroom would be a good addition but no big deal. The pool was super green and had a “closed” sign on it but we were not notified about that either. Thankfully we had friends in other Snowmass housing that had pools we were able to use. Also, this is a middle floor apartment. In true apartment style, you hear anything more than simple walking upstairs. Appliances are old and in need of replacement… refrigerator leaks water on the floor and the oven door is separated, causing the front cover to pop off when you open the door. Those issues were noted but didn’t dramatically affect our stay. Overall the unit itself was clean and in a great location. Add fans and work on customer service skills and this property will be a great option for your trip!
