Hot water boiler was broken (fixed the second day in the evening), housekeeping didn't show up the first day, asked for towels that never showed, no coffee in the room or in the lobby, asked for extra coffee and they sent decaf, the list goes on...just poor all around.

I asked for a quiet room. It was quiet during the night but early in the morning it was noisy because it was right by the garage door. We ordered room service for breakfast. It was not made to our specifications and the coffee came in chipped cups; not even a little pot of coffee. It's bad enough to pay an expensive resort fee but you shouldn't charge tax on it.

Nice and quiet location. Nice and helpful staff members. That being said, our rooom specifically needed some work. The shower handle kept falling off and hard to work. The refrigerator was busted and wouldn’t go below 47 degrees. The room keys took several attempts to work each time we attempted to enter the room. Also, no towel racks which we have seen in most hotels these days. But, you would expect them in a high end resort hotel. The best part of our stay was the valet workers. Very upbeat, helpful and kind.

Very noisy hotel
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsBetween the busy road, the evening cocktail party by the pool, the person smoking on their patio, the kitchen smell coming through the room vent, and the new construction next door, this was not a relaxing stay. We paid over $500 a night and it was not worth it. The pool area was dark and had no lighting in the evening. The carpet in our room was stained and frayed. It was nice having a washer in the room, but it smelled very moldy. The receptionists (Ashraf and Yuki) were amazing. They made us feel very welcome.
