Looks nice outside…

The beds were rock hard and not listed correctly online. We thought we were getting two queen sized beds but wound up with two full sized. The soap included with the shower smelled like carpet cleaner and the light above the vanity was going out and too dim to be useful.

This is not the place to stay if you are a single woman traveling solo. It is, apparently, used mostly by truckers and highway maintenance crews. The continental breakfast was hardly noticeable and the room has no amenities but a refrigerator. There wasn’t even a clock. The place was obviously old and not very well maintained.

Bathroom window didn't lock shut, had to find something so it couldnt be opened from the outside. No cleaning durimg my stay.

I appreciate the effort put in by a family to run this place. I can improvements being made. My room was very clean, but this is an aging facility. The pool was closed.

The room was small, particularly the bathroom, but the bed was comfortable. I had a few requests, and the staff cheerfully complied. All in all, a positive experience.
