Simple and efficient

Very good location close to many reasturants , bars , etc ... Nice area of Sofia and walkable to main momumments/attractions. Good choice for small budgets

Tres bonne adresse pour 1 ou 2 nuits sur Sofia. En plein centre ville, accueil chaleureux.

excellent apaartment

stayed in private apartment for 3 days on a football trip the apartment was excellent had every thing we needed and the reception guy who checked us in was excellent letting us know every thing to make our trip great Thank you.

We went out around Sofia and when we came back there were a loads of kids running around screaming. Too many don't.

Nonostante c'è scritto che hanno la reception aperta fino alle 21, alle 19.10 già non si sono fatti più trovare ne sul posto, ne al telefono. Quando finalmente mi ha risposto, e gli ho fatto presente che stavo aspettando sotto la pioggia, mi ha detto che era un mio problema perché non avevo chiamato per dare l'orario d'arrivo, e visto che non avevo rispettavo la regola della casa dovevo ora cercarmi un altro posto. Gli ho allora spiegato che avevo già pagato, e comunque non era facile in queste circostanze(di domenica quando tutte le reception hanno già chiuso, e sotto la pioggia) trovare un altro posto dove stare, ma lui ha detto che non gli interessava. Visto la mia reazione concitata, ha prima cercato un posto lui stesso, ma visto che non lo ha trovato, mi ha detto che potevo stare ma dovevo cancellare la mia prenotazione, cosi che non potevo poi mettere commenti negativi, e in cambio lui mi faceva stare in un appartamento nuovo li vicino. Mi ha parlato come una bambina(o soldato semplice) per dirmi cosa fare per cancellare, e mi ha incitato a farlo velocemente, e quando l'ho fatto notare, lui mi ha detto che era perché mi comportavo da bambina(?). Quando ha capito che non potevo cancellare, alla fine per fortuna non è stato nemmeno tanto male, ma solo perché eventualmente si è ricordato d'essere un essere umano che aveva a che fare con un altro essere umano. Il posto di per se non è male, e magari nemmeno tanto lui, ma solo se impara a gestire diversamente certi problemi

Dear Anna Cappiello, A story always has two sides. Here`s ours: First of all the guest did not respect our rules and booking policy.This policy is created for the comfort of the guests on place, the smooth management of the property and for keeping the prices lower. (If we keep 24h reception the room rates would be 30-40 % higher). 1st The guest did not inform us about the expected time of her arrival. She did not answered us by email to the same query either. According to our booking policy it`s required at the time of booking or 1 day in advance. This made the big issue. 2d When we kindly reminded her about this policy, the guest replied she don`t read her emails, she don`t care of our policy, we have working time and we have to be on place waiting for her OR to change our policy! 3d When somebody does not like our policy, he/she don`t like our place and is better not to book it OR to find another place to stay. We proposed to the guest to refund her the money she has paid and to book another place. 4th The only condition was to cancel her booking for free as we were not agree to cover taxes and comissions of no income. 5th The guest showed no skills for doing the cancellation and for booking another place online. 6th As it was getting late and we were tired to argue with a nonsense person we gave her a superior two bedroomm apartment (that costs 70.00 euro per night), for the price of a single room. She spent the night there. End of the story! Greeting! Rudy Manager

We spent only one night and it was excellent. Would have stayed longer if needed.

The staff (Rudy) was very good. The apartment was located in another building so interaction with the staff was limited. And we had no problems. The TV and internet was excellent. Location is great right in the center close to everything. Had everything as advertised except slippers. Slippers would have been helpful since the bathroom shower over sprayed a lot and a leak from radiator keep floor wet. Overall a very good place for locations and price. Way better than most of the places I have stayed in the Balkan region.
