Had a wonderful 6 night stay. Wouldn't change anything about it! Great staff, lovely rooms, exceptional service! Would certainly stay here again!

It is the best Hotel in Gurgaon located at an amazing place; and just adjacent to some the best restaurants in town. Khyati in guest relations who was there all the way taking care of all our small and big requests; Jia with the allotment of a room with a great view; Chef Ajit who always was innovating with his dishes and made us taste some of his amazing creations; and Ankit and Ivy at the restaurant who made our dining experiences special. My recent stay at Grand Hyatt was mostly good. The staff was helpful, and breakfast was amazing. The rooms were excellent, and the property was stunning. However, shower taps were faulty, and basic amenities like toothbrushes and toiletries were limited for a couple. Network issues and rushed check-out calls were bothersome. Improve amenities and address maintenance for a better experience.
