The hotel was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The staff eas very kind, courteous and professional. It was a wonderful experience.

Nice stay Good hotel with good breakfast Lot’s of parking place. No dinning option on site but some restaurants around

The apartment was clean, although lacked basic ustensils, glasses and coffee machine. The property is full of deliquent persons, squatters and smokers 4hat made it quite unpleasant.

We stayed here while trying to depart from Mons after 18 months of working at SHAPE. Due to the COVID-19 situation, things were much different from what we expected and we understand. However, when we first arrived in our room, it was not as clean as we would have liked - there was mold on the shower tile grout, fingerprints all over the entry door, a dead fly stuck to the living room curtain, and grease around the stove top. The kitchen faucet was so loose that we had to hold it with two hands just to change from hot to cold water. Nevertheless, we had Lysol and Clorox cleaner to get rid of the bothersome items we noted. The service from staff was excellent and they tried very hard to accommodate our needs, especially for breakfast since we were so used to having a world of choices at a previous stay - again, the situation precluded much choice of breakfast items. The bed was super comfortable, which was a plus since we stayed 8 days, trying to get a flight out.
