was pleasantly surprised to find the room larger than I thought it would be. Would have liked to stay longer to explore the area since the accommodations were so nice!

Poor Reservation & Call Center Response

I paid more than 30,000 won per room and booked two rooms in a lake view, so I paid more than 60,000 won, but when I arrived there and tried to check in on the front, I heard an absurd sound that both of them were booked in a city view. When I called hotel.com and complained, they said they had no choice but to give it to me as it was marked, so this is the first time I have made a reservation on hotel.com several times. I think it would be better to refund the money without a lake view.

방음이 안됨. 옆방에서 대화하는 소리가 들릴 정도. 복도에서 말하는 소리는 더 심함. 사람마다 일어나는 시간이 다른데 옆방 기상할 때 같이 일어남. 아 그리고 층고가 낮음 키가 작은데도 뭔가 답답한 느낌.
