The staff is wonderful. The rooms were old, carpet old for our stay. That being said, I rated this on the conditions of our stay but they were closing down our floor and completely remodeling, new tubs, carpet, and everything being remodeled. Knowing that, I would totally stay again.

We had to change our room for 3 times in our 4 night stay. We wish we had known there was major renovation underway. Very noisy, hot water being turned off at 11 am for few hours. It made little bearable by friendly, understanding staff. Parking fee was waived for the trouble. (I was surprised that they were even charging for parking when half the parking lot was blocked by construction material and equipment!?)

It was a nice day and people were very nice. They offered cookies at the end of the day which was much appreciated. They ran out of coffee for breakfast the first morning, which was unfortunate for us! Also, I strongly feel that parking fees are way too expensive when we are already paying a lot to stay at a hotel. I know that this is common practice but it really sucks.

The room was humid and had a moldy smell. Though I turned on AC, it had no change. Then I turned heater and tried to eliminate humidity and moldy smell but no change.

This location needs TLC
Good area, friendly staff, but facility needs a LOT of TLC! The elevator is terrifying (it even stopped working while I was inside), the carpets in the hallways are filthy and coming undone, and the bathtub floor was dirty. Overall, not a great stay.
