Offseason Seaside Decompression

Overall our stay was nice. The biggest disappointment was the HOA rule about pets. Missed it completely when I booked the condo. We worked around other oddities but overall the say was nice. The Condo was clean and had the basics.

Perfect location with nice pool and hot tub overlooking ocean. Beautiful, clean beach. Comfortable condo within walking distance of some nice restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Location

The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed having coffee/cocktails on the deck watching the sunsets. We also loved having the hot tub. The many stairs to the unit and to the beach did not both us. Secured parking was also a plus. We booked for 3 months but left early due to plumbing issues in the building and were reimbursed for that time. There were other issues with plumbing while we were there that took a couple of days to repair but was done as quick as possible. We were instructed not to use the garbage disposal (that's ok for a short stay but not for long term). The description indicated the unit had been totally remodeled but we found it dated (old, dirty trash compactor, missing covers to canned ceiling lights, broken lamp and a bad smell in the kitchen around the sink, old kitchen floor tile, etc. The window treatment in the dining room was broken and finally replaced toward the end of our stay. I don't think the coffee pot had ever been cleaned along with a tea pot, pot holders and hand mixer. As someone else mentioned the couch is very uncomfortable. We sat in the dining room the majority of the time. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were fine. We would most likely not stay at this unit again but the location was great!

We have replaced the broken Blinds in the living room (The previous guest broke them). Unfortunately, the entire complex had plumbing issues while the guest was there. Causing plumbing not to work and smells. I fully reimbursed the guest for her stay due to this issue out of my control. The entire complex plumbing has since been replaced. We now have new plumbing throughout the garage.

Barbara is very responsive and friendly. The location is wonderful and the facility is very nice with a Jacuzzi and a heated pool overlooking the ocean. Security guard on site. The only downsides were no elevators and really tight parking spaces to get in and out of with a larger sized vehicle, no air-conditioning however she is installing ceiling fans this weekend. Overall nice stay. Tricia G.

Stay was awesome! Place was perfect. Close walk to beach had everything you needed to feel right at home. Owner was awesome if you had questions or needed anything would reply immediately. 2 parking spots was great as well.

Nice place but check-in was difficult

I rented this apartment for my son and his family. We have an apartment in the same complex and we needed more space. Sadly, the apartment was not clean upon arrival. I guess a cat was there prior to our arrival and there was a lot of cat hair. Also, knowing that security in the complex was increased, I tried to provide the necessary information but it was not entered into the system so the guests were not listed for access to the amenities until a day late. The owner/manager seemed confused as to the proper check-in requirements. I am sure it will get sorted out for the next occupants. The pictures on the website were accurate. Note, there is not a sofa bed.

This tenant did not inform me she rented it out for her son. I was under the impression it was for her, I provided her information to the security system. So her son was not able to have access to pool. Once she informed me, her son was the one renting it, I promptly that day, provided security his information in. I do not understand the comment about cat hair as the previous tenant did not have a cat. I’ve use the same cleaning service for the last four years, and as you can see from prior comments that Cleaning Service has been excellently.
