Wonderful stay!

We spent two weeks at Andrea's beautiful villa for our annual family reunion (group of 10 people ranging from 82 to 4 years old) and we wish we could have stayed longer!! The property is amazing: beautiful surroundings, lots of nice spaces to gather outside, a gorgeous (huge) pool and the house itself had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fact that the villa is secluded, in a rural area surrounded by olive and lemon trees but still less than 10 minutes drive from the supermarket, bakeries and gelato! Andrea was super friendly, helpful and responsive. He was also very respectful of our privacy, which we very much appreciated. Thank you again Andrea and all the best!

Andrea place is so beautiful and quiet that we stayed ladt year and came back this year everything you could need in a home kids love it and definitely going back next year mcdonalds was on 15 min drive and shops not to far away i would suggest in hiring a car

Amazing!!

We recently stayed at Andrea's villa, and it was an absolute delight. The swimming pool was undeniably the highlight – vast in size and perfect for both relaxation and fun. The villa boasted numerous shaded areas, ideal for those moments when we wanted to retreat from the sun's intensity. The sprawling space was perfect for the children to freely run around and indulge in their playful antics. Inside, the villa was equipped with almost everything we could have hoped for. However, one area of improvement would be the air conditioning. Although the rooms had fans, they couldn’t combat the warmth, especially during the nights, making our sleep somewhat uncomfortable on hotter days. Location-wise, a car is essential for accessing the nearby shops and beach. But this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by the beauty of the place and the warmth of our host. Andrea was an exceptional host, offering us a plethora of recommendations, from the best restaurants and beaches to local shops. Throughout our stay, he was attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and well-informed. All in all, our experience was memorable. Despite the minor hiccup with cooling, we wholeheartedly had a fabulous time and would highly recommend Andrea's villa to anyone seeking a serene getaway.

Simply fantastic

Six of us have just returned and we had a fantastic time. The villa is exactly as in the pictures, the pool is large and there are any number of places to sit and relax, eat or sunbathe, there is even a bar with fridge by the pool. The location is good, being only a few minutes from the Catania/Siracusa dual carriageway and only a short distance from Siracusa. This meant we could do quite a bit of siteseeing when not relaxing. There are several shops a couple of miles away and a very nice restaurant fifteen minutes walk away. Andrea was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We all had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend!

Beautiful spacious villa

We had a lovely fortnight in Andrea’s villa. The villa and pool/grounds are all very spacious and well equipped. The villa looks even better in person with some of the decor/furniture being updated since the photos. Andrea was a great host and very helpful with anything we needed. We would love to return in the future!

Abbiamo avuto una vacanza meravigliosa a questa casa; è molto privato ma in un’ottima posizione. Andrea (anche Vera e Paolo) era sempre utile. Consigliamo il ristorante Villa Casale come un buon ristorante locale. Ci è piaciuto molto Noto, Palazzolo Acreide e la spiaggia di Eloro. Grazie mille Andrea.

Lovely base for exploring this corner of Sicily

This place is a fantastic base to use for exploring this lovely area. The house has a nice homely feel and is very roomy. The pool and outdoor areas are particularly good with a portico for outdoor dining and a variety of different sitting areas allowing you to get shade or sunshine any time of day. The BBQ area was particularly good being covered and with a full outdoor kitchen facility. The pool was deep and well maintained by our host Andrea. Andrea was a perfect host communicating with us to let us know in advance when he needed to come to the property for pool maintenance or any other tasks. Andrea was exceptionally helpful for anything we needed and had good local knowledge. In terms of the area, the Penny Market is close by and open long hours, it stocks most of what you would need. The house is only about 20 minutes from Syracuse, a city that we really fell in love with. There is a good and very popular restaurant nearby called Villa del Castle, if you want to eat out. All in all this was a super place to stay and made for a very memorable holiday in Sicily

Great villa, plenty of space and brilliant pool

Firstly Andrea, is an excellent host.so discreet and yet very helpful. He didn’t intrude at all and gave us privacy, but at the same time was there if we needed him at all. This was a brilliant holiday for us. We stayed as two family’s with five children between us, aged 9months to nearly six. Very safe garden for them all to wonder. The pool is great, very deep at one end and not fenced off. So you have to watch the kids....but not really an issue for us as we where all always outside anyway. Brilliant eating spots in different areas of the garden. Great market to visit in the morning at Siracusa. Loads of fresh food and well worth visiting as only 20mins away. Noto is also a must see and is only 45mins. We also loved a beach called Eloro. Great for the children, plenty of crabs and fish to see. And was only a five minute walk from the parking. We drove to see mount etna, which was 1hour 20mins. It is worth the visit and we actually had one overcast day whilst there and so did this trip on that day. The villa was well equipped and had all that we needed. We all stayed in the main house but there is also a separate annexe sleepei Thankyou Andrea xxx

l'ensemble est absolument magnifique! la piscine est grande, la maison est spacieuse, le jardin et ses nombreuses terrasses sont superbes. l'emplacement est très calme. la proximité des deux villes de Floridia et Solarino est sympa. A une vingtaine de minutes de Syracuse. Le fait de ne pas avoir de clim ne nous a pas tellement dérangé, les ventilateurs ont fait leur effet. Le seul petit détail que je pourrais écrire pour améliorer la villa est d'ajouter quelques ustensiles de cuisine tels que des verres et des saladiers. Le propriétaire Andréa est très réactif, et nous a donné de bons conseils de restaurants et autres. N'hésitez pas et profitez de ce merveilleux pays

Très grande maison bien située

Immense maison avec beaucoup d'intimité pour 2 couples, petites maison à côté avec salle de bain, vraiment bien située pour visiter syracuse, ragusa, m Noto Modica , Ispica , Catane et l'Etna. Andrea très sympathique, grande piscine bref le paradis!

Andrea est un hôte aux petits soins du début à la fin du séjour. Il est très disponible La maison est au calme, grande, fonctionnelle et toute équipée. Très belle piscine, même si nous n'en avons peu profité début mai. La literie est de bonne qualité aussi.

Schönes, großes Objekt, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und in das Objekt eingewiesen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Nous avons passer une superbe semaine la maison est très bien ,spacieuse nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine qui est au top et tous les extérieurs beaucoup d endroits divers pour ce poser ou manger . Les deux seul points un peu négatif sont qu’il ni a pas de clim et ça manque vraiment surtout pour dormir la chaleur est forte et juste à coter des chiens abois toute la nuit . Sinon l hôtes et très gentil réactif et arrangeant merci encore Andrea
