Bayview Cottage is a fully self-contained comfortable cottage in the ideal location for a tranquil coastal getaway. It doesn't get more relaxing than being an easy stroll to the beach, marina, coffee shop and restaurants!

*Living and Entertainment Space*
Enjoy the fabulous outdoors space with a large, paved area and fully fenced yard offering amazing views of the pristine ocean only footsteps away. Grill tasty, easy meals on the BBQ and settle in for leisurely afternoons over a refreshing drink or two as you soak up the salty sea air and the sound of waves gently lapping on the sand. Catch the stunning sunset over the water, and this really is - bliss.

Indoors, you'll find an open plan living space with a lounge area and combined kitchen and dining. The space is cosy, but has been carefully designed with your comfort in mind. Relax into the cushioned lounge as you watch TV or play a board game, or choose a book and stretch out for a chilled change of pace. WiFi is also included for you. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a full sized fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave and coffee machine, with a 4-seater dining table. Just off the living room is the 2nd Bedroom with a queen bed and main bathroom.

This cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 - King bed (can be split into 2 King Singles) and ensuite with shower and toilet
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed - Queen bed and air-conditioning which can also service the rest of the cottage by opening the shutters.
Main bathroom - Shower and toilet, plus hair dryer

*Location*
Soldiers Point is a laid back village in popular Port Stephens. The peninsula offers leafy reserves, parks, great fishing, fantastic restaurants, a marina and numerous opportunities to watch amazing sunrises and sunsets over the water.

Bayview Cottage's picturesque setting has the beach stretching along the coastline at your door, with Pearson Park next door, offering a great children's playground and picnic facilities. The marina is less than 15-minutes walk (1.2km ) and has great dining options and fishing spots. Check out the water activities available to book or go for a bush walk, or find somewhere to just sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
