Fantastic home base on the Kenai
Publié le 8 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was perfect for our family trip to the Kenai for salmon! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms worked perfect! The fire ring, grill and deck were ideal for our evenings! We would highly recommend this listing. D look forward to returning!

lovely home--perfect for a family stay
Publié le 8 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThis is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood, in easy walking distance to a peaceful trail at the rive. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well supplied with good cooking pots & pans & appliances, and has plenty of tableware. It is nice to have covered parking, something you don't find at most guest homes. The owner was very responsive when I contacted her with questions. We highly recommend this home.

Great stay

Great centrally located property!
Publié le 23 août 2021 sur HomeAwayThis is a great property with easy access to all the recreation in Soldotna, Kenai, the rivers, beaches and trails. It's in a 4-plex and we enjoyed meeting the other guests staying from other states. It is roomy, quiet and nicely furnished. If you are cooking your own meals like we did, you'll need to pick up pantry supplies like salt, pepper, oil, condiments, etc. as those are not provided, but the kitchen has all the other equipment you may need. There is a nice, big backyard and a grassy front yard for outdoor games, and a great firepit out back. This rental provided great value for the price compared with other properties in the area.

The only thing we would have liked is live TV availability; however would definitely stay there again.
