Lovely location on the hill with beautiful views. Nice upgrades to hotel and spa. Beautiful view room. Nice dinner choices. Located in a very outdoors and sporty area with bike and hikinf options in summer. Having grown up here skiing is nice in winter.

Disappointing
The renovation was happening in the SPA area - understandable, however the low quality of the breakfast buffet is inexcusable. Dirty cutlery and coffee cups, dried brie and fruits, cold scrambled eggs and the list goes on and on. The room itself was clean, but could definitely use some refreshment in design.

Spa with jacuzzi with a view over the city
Hotell Halstaberg offers a gorgeous view of the city, a nice spa section and a jacuzzi on the terrass outside the spa. We enjoyed an evening drink on a beautiful, sunny, and unseasonally warm (28 degrees C) day. Guest were friendly and engaged. Only minor was lack of a/c in the room.

Varma rum men väl värt ett besök
Vansinnigt varma deluxerum på sommaren när solen ligger på, mycket svårt att sova och ofattbart att AC inte finns. Maten i restaurangen är otroligt bra och pooldelen på hotellet likaså. Väl värt ett besök trots det galet varma rummet.

SPA ; Svårt att se vart man ska ta vägen när man kommer till spa o ska byta om. Inga skåp inne på dam- eller herravdelning. Slut på badrockar när vi gick på spa. Innebar att många gick geno lobby och hotell i bara handduk. Väldigt smutsigt i spaavdelningen. Blod av nån som skurit sig överallt och väldigt halt golv. Resturangen hade mycket fläckiga o smutsiga stolsdynor. Maten var ok men långt ifrån bra. Låg standard på a’ la carte. Rummet var bra och städat, men väldigt lyhört och grannar bråkade ett par timmar mellan 4-6 på morgonen. Folk smällde i dörrarna. Åker hem o vilar ut istället för tvärtom.

Börjar vara slitet och dom känns underbemannade personalen gör så gott dom kan och är trevliga. Maten var fantasilös och överlag tråkig. Skyltar oå frukosten var felstavade

Fantastiskt fint! Kunde vara lite problematiskt att åka hiss, då det kändes felskyltat. Skulle man till våning -1 så kom man dit, men när man åkte ifrån det (samma) planet, så var det våning 0. Lite jobbigt med ljudet och ljuset från snökanonerna och strålkastarn utanför fönstret. I övrigt, klart värt ett besök!!
