The first room we were in the A/C didn’t work. The second room had a very strong marijuana smell. The property was dark and didn’t look very inviting.

Nice place We were out of season so a lot of remodeling. Wish the laundry had been working. A positive experience.

The hotel lobby was neat and bright. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean.

It was absolutely beautiful place! But the stay was unpleasant from moving rooms three times to not being checked in at all & never asking for id !

The guest is absolutely correct, we failed her with the IT issues we were experiencing. We are addressing those issues. We have brought in our IT team as well as Verizon. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

Fridge not cleaned from previous occupant. No cups or glasses. Dirty floor. No one at front desk until we yelled loudly. Used toiletries (moisturizer).
