Hôtel agréable malgré quelques points à améliorer (restauration, manque de transats…).

Struttura enorme con bella spiaggia, camere spaziose, rinnovate e pulite. Buon ristorante. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Good beach, facilities, sunshades and room. Poor food, no free internet in room and constantly being bothered by salesmen trying to sell spa services.

Staff are very kind and proactive in general. Also very respectful. It felt good to be a women and wear normal clothes without being always over looked at. We had a superior room, and it was spacious and very clean! The cleaner cleaned everything, like shower, floor & bed every day. We had a great service in that aspect. 😄 it’s made a great impact for Egypt standards. Although there is a huge buffet Food is average. The restaurant a la carte aren’t worth it. Sadly my partner had food poisoning from the facility’s buffet also. We were expecting more for a five star as we just did the Nile cruise on a budget and the food was actually much better.. The drinks are very average and all the popular drinks like mojito, pina colada,Margarita are extra cost. PS forget about the gin tonic they are horrendous. The beach is great and the view is magnificent. Be ready. Do you have some vendor coming up to you every 30 minutes for spa, trips and other activities. It was a pleasant three days stop during our backpacking trip but won’t be back.

Policy issues

Nice hotel, great rooms. Some of the staff members need a lot of training. The hotel needs to clearly state its policy on Hotels.com regarding its definition of "All inclusice" and the invention of "Soft vs hard inclusive." Surprisingly, guests are treated **unequally** depending on their nationality and NOT on the rate/ type of reservation. It took us the whole first evening to figure out which staff members are nice and friendly and which ones to avoid. We made our comments clear since the first hour, and the manager did a wonderful job greeting us every time he saw us. Action more than greeting needs to be done though. Food could definitely be better (ingredients wise). Very nice beach area yet the designated swimming area could be extended. Great entertainment team. The hotel needs to review the map on Hotels.com because this is NOT where the hotel is located in reality.

Nice resort but need major upgrade on their food.

Horrible food. Even found hairs in our food on several occasions. 3 days was enough. If they upgrade their food we would have wanted to stay longer. Fantastic service though and very nice staff, and amazing beach.
