Nice, confortable bed.
Towels were sorta thin, only 2 each bath towel, wash cloth, hand towel. An extra of each would have been better.
Proably shouldn't complain at that price.

Thank you for your review Joann, We hear this often about the number of towels in the rooms but unfortunately it is a brand standard for how many we put in a room but we can always give extra at the desk!

Was a great hotel. But they need too police the pool better people from the hotel next door were using

Thank you for your review, Gregory! Thank you for letting us know of non guests entering our pool. At times it can be tough for front desk to monitor the pool since they are the only ones at the hotel working but that is why it is operated by a key which leads to let me know someone let them in not knowing they were not guests with us. Again, thank you for informing us of this.

I had to book on short notice and the staff were very accommodating. And made the whole trip an excellent experience.

Hello Erica! I want to first say thank you for staying with us but I would like to say I went and investigated on this matter and it does look like they shut the door 5 mins till 9:30 and the breakfast time ends at 9:30. I do deeply apologize for this! This is going to be addressed with my breakfast staff. Again, We do apologize and we take situations like this very serious and use it to better train our employees.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean, it was quiet, and the staff were helpful. Had a very good experience.
