Old But Clean & Peaceful

CONS: Furnishings are dated & well used, carpet very stained & well worn (I’m sure it’s clean but because the carpent is so worn and has several stains, it feels dirty,)

The best family getaway
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had the best time staying at Grandma's Peace. You are far enough away from the town to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to get anything you need. We were basically just at the house to shower and sleep. It seemed to have any kitchen amenities you would need. There was plenty of toys/books and board ganes for the kids. Putaide thereare bokes and a scooter to ride. The outside looked very relaxing but the mosquitoes were terrible and we had a newborn with is so I didn'tget to enjoy it with the family. The futon bed in the master bedroom was perfect for middle of the night feeds without waking anyone else. Our only complaint is the water pressure isn't great but you cam have that anywhere. The sweet neighbor dogs came over to play and our 1 year old loved them. She kept calling him Big Dog.

Perfect weekend getaway

I enjoyed the digital pictures and knowing the history of the family. It was so beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. The location was perfect. Aaron was so amazing and accommodating. We travel a lot but this has been our favorite home by far. We will definitely stay at this location again. My whole family gives it a 5 star.

We had a deer come up right beside the deck and tons of beautiful birds and wildlife.
