We reserved an accessible room through you and when we arrived, they did not have an accessible room. They said they weren't notifued, yet, that infirmation was on her sheet. My husband is very handicapped and needs a safe way to get around and to shower. This was unacceptable.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We only have 2 accessible rooms and both were rented out prior to your booking. I understand your frustration, but the bad review you gave was for the hotel itself, not Expedia. Did my staff do something wrong, or something wrong with the room other than not being accessible?

Staff is friendly and quick check in process. We liked the room, I would definitely recommend. However, bathroom could have been better cleaned.
