Très bon rapport qualité prix - accueil accueillant et sympathique - chambre un peu sombre car mobilier en partie marron mais bon état général et prix attractif

Hôtel parfait pour un séjour long

Très bon accueil à la réception quel que soit la personne présente. Un grand merci à Heather de la réception pour sa gebtillesse et son efficacité

The property itself was good. No issues. I arrived at 3:10pm and was given a lengthy lecture by the front desk clerk about no checkin before 4pm. I listened, said ok, and took a seat in the lobby. After about 20 minutes of listening to the clerk complain to the other staff about several other guests complaining and how she was so tired of listening to their complaints, she called across the lobby and asked for my last name, and then proceeded to check me in at about 3:40. The open conversations between the staff indicate that some customer service training may be warranted. I don’t generally like leaving negative reviews, but hopefully the property will take this as a learning opportunity.

Will not stay here again
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe heat was broke when we first arrived but was fixed the following day. They never cleaned the room during our stay. The windows were cracked and seemed like a place where people were actually living. There was people hanging out that didn’t look so friendly. The overall room was a little outdated. The recliner chair was broken.
