Extremeley friendly and helpful staff. Would reccomend this place for sure. Easy walking distance to the central piazza and lots of eating options. My advice for dinner, check out 'Da Beppe' about 1 block from hotel and well worth the visit for dining at night.

Piazzi House, perfect!

He met us upon arrival, showed us where the complimentary parking was, suggested a wonderful restaurant, and called to make the reservation for us! My husband and I have been in Italy for 2 1/2 weeks of our 4 week stay, and Piazzi House, and the town of Sondrio is so far our favorite. The room itself was clean with ample room, the bathroom is nicely situated, the kitchenette just the right size, and the deck with chairs is refreshing to sit and have a cup of coffee, or just enjoy the sunshine. Thank you for everything Alessio!

Decent, well-located hotel.

The room was fine and had a functional kitchen. Marco was very pleasant and helpful and checking in and out was a breeze. The hotel could do with some renovation and our room was a little noisy as it faced the street. Overall, good value for money.

Residence molto curato e pulito. Ottima posizione in centro a Sondrio. Utilizzato come base di partenza per andare a sciare. Bilocale spazioso con letti comodi, cucina fornita di tutto quello che serve, wifi, smart tv. Proprietari cordiali e disponibili.
