This is an exceptional resort. The views from my villa took my breath away. The staff is exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to ensure you are enjoying the hotel. I loved my plunge pool, the roomy villa, the beach (and the beach restaurant and bar) and the spa. There is a divine coral reef just off the beach and lots of water sports. I can't wait to come back.

It was great experiece surrounded by beautiful nature. The accomodation was very exotic and very unique. Food was delicious but some dishes are a little bit overprice for Vietnamese food and portions.
It must be difficult to maintain the rooms because of the Covid situation, not having enough guests constantly. The hotel itself is very new but I found some spider webs at some places(bathroom, shower room, next to a cup on the tray). I hope they will be more careful to inspect rooms before guests check in.

Not a 5-star quality
Posted Jan. 6, 2023 on HotelsUnfortunately not as good as you think of a 5-star hotel. The location is fantastic. But the service and the food is not as good as we thought.

Très bel hôtel tout à fait dans l’esprit Zannier
Posted Jan. 4, 2023 on HotelsL’hôtel est magnifique et dans un cadre somptueux. Le personnel est adorable. Les repas sont qualitatifs et tellement agréables vu le décor.
Un petit bémol (il en faut bien car on a toujours besoin de s’améliorer) : peut être réfléchir aux activités et en proposer davantage.
