Overall nice stay. Quiet area, valet parking was a breeze. We were checked into the wrong room unfortunately. We booked a suite with a tub, however was put into a room with an outdoor shower. There was a wedding going on at the exact same time so figured it was an oversight from front desk so we didn’t complain or mention it. Room service for dinner wasn’t great, but would recommend it for breakfast only. 7/10, would stay again if I could guarantee the correct room without the hassle.

Amazing Stay at MacArthur Place Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding. I was greeted by incredibly friendly staff who not only unpacked my car but also handled valet parking seamlessly. The team at the front desk was warm and welcoming, providing a helpful overview of the property, complete with maps, and they even treated me to a complimentary glass of champagne—such a nice touch! I was then escorted to my gorgeous room, which featured a stunning garden shower and an outdoor bathtub, offering a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The entire property was immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds, and the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. With wonderful dining options on-site and impeccable service, I can confidently say this is a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend MacArthur Place Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Sonoma. I can’t wait to return!
