DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

This is a terrible hotel. This was my second time staying here as a transit hotel after diving in Raja Ampat and before flight to Jakarta. First time wasn’t so bad, except the concierge staff was reluctant to give me change from dinner until I said I’m leaving for airport now, if no change now I call the police. This second time was a complete nightmare. The water wasn’t hot at all, they said i just need to let the water run for 10-15 minutes. I ran for 5 minutes and decided it was a waste of water, stopped. I stayed on a Saturday night, at 12am I was woken up because my room was vibrating from some club nearby. I asked the concierge to call the police to ask the club to stop, he said he can’t, the club plays every Saturday night. Then why gave me the room that they know would be affected? They said all rooms are full. I pointed at an executive suite, he said it’s available but I need to pay for the upgrade. I said if he doesn’t give me this room, im calling Hotel.com tomorrow and I’m not paying for my current room either. He decided to give me a room on the first floor that was in the back and quiet, just a standard room but reserved for the guest who arrives early in the morning. But still no hot water, the same 10-15 minutes bs. I took the room and managed to sleep a bit before leaving at 6:30am.

Una notte prima di RajaAmpat

Le camere sono molto piccole e il bagno è molto datato. Il ristorante interno é valido e con prezzi contenuti. Non c'è l'ascensore e salire 2 piani con le valigie pesanti é stato impegnativo, per fortuna lo staff ci ha aiutato. Per passare una notte in attesa dell'imbarco per Rajaampat va bene
