Casa Chiarina

Casa chiarina est un appartement spacieux et lumineux situé au deuxième étage d'un bâtiment historique du XVe siècle. Idéalement situé, à 50 mètres de la cathédrale de Sorrente et à 100 mètres de la Piazza Tasso, c'est la solution idéale pour ceux qui veulent un logement central, accessible par tous les moyens de transport publics, sans renoncer à une solution tranquille, avec vue sur le jardin.

L'ESPACE
La maison se compose d'une grande entrée dans le salon avec canapé-lit double et télévision 50', cuisine complète avec plaque de cuisson à gaz, four, hotte, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, machine à café, presse-agrumes. La cuisine mène à la buanderie avec machine à laver. Grande salle de bains avec deux salles de bains équipées d'une baignoire, d'une douche, d'un bidet, de toilettes et d'un lavabo. Deux chambres à coucher avec vue sur la typique agrumeraie sorrentine.

ACCÈS DES HÔTES
Les hôtes ont tout l'appartement à leur disposition. La situation centrale ne nécessite pas de voiture, la gare ferroviaire et la gare routière sont à 5 minutes à pied.

The property was as advertised, right off the center of town. Large, spacious, clean, with a fabulous little restaurant just below. Would definitely stay here again! There are some steps so if that’s an issue, you might consider a hotel. Loved loved loved the place!

Wonderful location and experience!
We stayed in early October and everything was wonderful. The staff before, during, and after checking in were very responsive and helpful. Marco even helped us with our questions about the area and assisting us with restaurant reservations! We felt like we had a concierge at a hotel even though we weren't in a hotel. The apartment was spacious, well kept and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The location couldn't be beat as it was right in the heart of the main part of town and steps away from so many restaurants and shops. Overall, a great stay!

We had a fantastic few days in Sorrento, the appartment was perfectly located in the centre of the old town. Everywhere seemed to be a few minutes walk. The appartment was spotless and Marco the manager was extremely helpful at check in and recommending restaurants for us. The boat tours arranged via the managing company were excellent with local pick up & drop off.

Nice, but a few issues
The location is fantastic and the apartment was comfortable, but it was a little hard to find. Amedeo was very responsive and helpful. The shower wasn’t draining well, but he fixed it for us. The most frustrating thing was that the gas ran out our last morning, which meant no hot showers before check out and no ability to cook breakfast on the stove. We would still recommend the place as the location can’t be beat. Amedeo suggested some great restaurants for us!!

Perfect!!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! Gianluigi was great. He reached out ahead of our arrival to give us instructions and to see if we needed help with anything. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sorrento which is just so charming. We were also able to walk to the train station which saved us from using a taxi. Gianluigi was available throughout our stay and gave us great restaurant recommendations and even made reservations for us. The property is spacious and we had plenty of room for 5 people. It was immaculate and stocked with drinks and snacks. I would highly recommend staying here! I know we would definitely stay here again! Thank you to Gianluigi for excellent concierge service!

This was a great apartment! Very clean, great kitchen - super comfy beds. This is just one street back from the main street of Sorrento, so it is quiet at night with beautiful views of the hills.
