Amenities were great!! My wife and I had wonderful massages and the staff was extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

It is NOT worth the money we paid and expectations we had. The elevator was not working when we arrived (we have a toddler and I am 7 months pregnant) once we for there, the bathroom floor was full of black hair from a dirty mop probably (couldn’t take photos as I was rushing to bathe my baby), and we saw several silverfishes on our beds. The staff were lovely though, but the amenities are far from being fancy and I repeat, NOT worth the price…

Dear Priscilla,We are sorry to hear that your stay wasn't up to your expectations.Concerning the elevator, it was ineed out of service for around 30 minutes, as unfortunately, during the day the electricity went missing, and that caused a malfunction, which was quickly fixed, but we are still sorry that at your arrival was not working yet.Regarding the cleaning of the room, it is definetely not the standard, as many positive reviews about this can proof, but we are sorry that happened, and we will take actions to prevent it from happening again. If you would have told us during your stay, we could have definetely provide a solution.Despite this, we hope that we will get another chance to welcome you to our hotel to go beyond your expectations, and leave you with a positive note about your stay.Kind regards,
