Maison dans la Baie de Sorrento
Publié le 18 août 2021 sur HomeAwayBelle Maison au dessus de Sorrento le long de la route côtière. Très belle vue sur la baie de Naples, Sorrento est à 15 mn en voiture/ 45 mn a pied (petit chemin de montagne), clairement il faut une voiture. Parking pour deux voitures possible sur le parking de la maison. Comme la maison est en bord de route, il y a toujours un fond sonore notamment la nuit avec les fenêtres ouvertes.
Le 1er étage est occupé par les propriétaires et le second par les locataires. Bon équipement de la maison, décoration soignée, simple, fonctionnelle. La terrasse est connectée à la cuisine mais est aussi très proche de celle des voisins ce qui nuit à l'intimité des repas. Trois chambres dans la maison et deux petites chambres avec SDE dans une dépendance à l'étage supérieur (obligation de prendre des escaliers extérieurs pour les rejoindre), idéal pour des ados en soif d'indépendance. TV italienne uniquement, pas d'accès Netflix.
La piscine privée est très belle à l'arrière de la maison, mais en partie à l'ombre, ce qui fait que la température même en aout était fraiche. Douche et Toilettes à coté très pratique. Salle de gym mais accessible que les après midi entre 13H et 18H00.
Rooftop au dessus de la maison avec très belle vue mais bcp, bcp de marches à monter, compliqué d'envisager de déjeuner ou de diner. Au demeurant beaucoup d'espaces pour être seul / tranquille si vous venez en groupe.
A noter 300 euros de ménage facturé à payer en liquide/ gaz et électricité en plus. Surprenant vs le prix de la maison ce qui fait que le rapport qualité prix est un peu haut. Envoi d'un contrat en amont de l'entrée avec des clauses que nous avons refusé car illégales.
Possibilité de faire depuis la maison Capri (ferry à Sorrento), et la visite de la côte Amalfitaine, voire Pompei et Herculanum: entre 40 mn et 1 heure de trajet.

Thank you Jean Cristoph for having chosen Villa Bianca for your stay and giving us the opportunity to point out some of the aspects that you have underlined only here and not in person at the check out.
Villa Bianca is on Via Nastro Verde with a direct access from this street, which is one of the most panoramic and quiet of the area.
Villa Bianca location is preferred for its quietness and the proximity to two buses that represent a perfect connection for the city centre and the Amalfi coast.
I am so sorry if some cars have disturbed you during the night with the windows open, you are the first telling us this and I hope also the last one.
Regarding the steps, that link the villa to the swimming pool area and solarium, these are characteristic of this all the coast. If you have travelled through the Amalfi coast it is impossible not to note that is a common characteristic.
In any case in our description and in our photos they are detailed so that everyone is aware that from the ground floor until the 4th floor there are some steps to do, in particular from the kitchen to the pool there are less than 20 steps.
Regarding our television, we have TV SAT, so there is not only Italian channels but a list of the most important channels from all over the world.
Everything has been explained at the check in, so I am sorry if you forgot how to source French programs during your stay.
In any case, thank you for the suggestion.
Regarding the price of final cleaning and gas and electricity that for you were expensive, I want to specify that our cleaning and disinfection is one of the most important aspect for us. We really believe that everything has to shine when you arrive and during your stay, so I am a bit upset that you have evaluate only the price and not the level of service.
The gas and electricity are not included for ecological reason, the extra price during your stay has been 45€ in total for 7 days. We love our conscious approach that give you the possibility to pay only what you consumes, so our policy is for both planet and costumers.
In any case everything is written in the description, so that you can decide in advanced if the price is expensive or not.
Lastly our “illegal” contract. I want to underline that once you book the villa on the website you already accept our terms and conditions.
So once you book the villa on the website, you already accept our rules that you can read in advanced before the confirmation.

On top of that, Paola set up excursions and private dinners for us that made us feel like we were long lost family meeting our Italian relatives. When one of our group had a medical problem, she got us help immediately. Our experience at the Villa Bianca topped off an incredible stay in Southern Italy. I can't recommend the Villa Bianca highly enough.

Highlight of our trip!
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis villa was beautiful and the highlight of our trip. I was there with 8 friends and the villa was large enough for us to spread out and relax after busy days exploring the area. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The views were unbelievable.
Paola and her daughter were there to greet us and to make sure we had all the information and instructions we needed for our stay.
They arranged a pizza party for us on site for one of our birthdays and it was wonderful.
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone staying with a group and who wants to stay away from the busy lower Sorrento area.

Better than the photos!
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayFar exceeded our expectations!. From the moment we arrived with our 3 daughters and their husbands/boyfriends, Paola and her daughter Frederica were so welcoming! Their warm smiles made us feel like we were family from the start. The Villa is nicely situated with breathtaking water views of Mount Vesuvias and Naples. The house itself had everything you need including the inground pool. Paola offers a pizza party that was the highlight of our stay!!! Like a slice of heaven!
Villa Bianca should definitely be on your list of places to stay.

Beautiful villa and excellent service
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe rented this villa with 10 friends and I cannot write a bad word about this villa or the service we had from the owner Paola and her staff.
The villa was very modern and beautifully maintained. Inside the villa it was very clean. The cleaning lady also came twice a week to completely clean the villa and bring clean towels. She also took away all our garbage, so we didn't have to worry about it. Real kudos to the housekeeping!
The outdoor area was also beautiful and well maintained. The view you have from the villa and the terrace is magnificent.
Finally, I would like to highlight Paola, the owner. She did everything she could to give us the best possible holiday. Firstly we received a very warm welcome. During our holiday she was always available to help us if we had any questions or requests. The way Paola takes care of her guests is outstanding.
In short, I can only recommend this house and the associated service from Paola and her staff.

Wonderful Villa and Vacation
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy clients stayed at Villa Bianca Sorrento this past July, and they loved it. The villa was beautiful, and Paola and her family were helpful and gracious hosts. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in the area. It is not located in the "city center" of Sorrento, but my clients appreciated the solitude, the gorgeous views and the private pool. The excursions that Paola arranged were great--they all really loved the Lemon Farm tour. They got to see all of a small family farm, and it was followed by a delicious farm to table lunch. They also really enjoyed our experience at Pompeii with a private guide. Great vacation - thank you Paola!

Paola helps 3 generations celebrate!
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayFrom the moment we left the exit of the airport in Naples, Paola met our needs. We took advantage of the extra services of transportation by van and by speed boat that she arranged for us. At the airport we were picked up and driven throughout Naples to the city center, stopping at a favorite restaurant of Paola’s and then driven to the villa. Our week was filled with many wonderful experiences and we were returned to the Naples Airport in time to catch our plane back home. The extra euros are well spent. Driving in Italy is crazy and seeing the ferry lines that go on forever and those waiting in the hot summer sun is appalling. We never had to experience either.
The pictures shown on their website are true but upon our arrival the overall beauty of the villa and its breath-taking location was overwhelming beautiful! The feeling is only matched by Paola’s smile, warmth and pride in her property. Additionally, Paola did our grocery shopping for us and attractively displayed the items on the kitchen table - what an amazing greeting.
While traveling by our private speed boat to Capri and again to Amalfi we stopped and swam in the clean open waters off the rugged coast-line. This is a life memory for Poppop, Yaya, Aunt Vicki, Mom and Dad and our two teenage girls.
When in Sorrento lemons are a big deal, a very, very, big deal. So, Paola arranged a tour of a lemon and olive farm. There we met an Italian family and saw how they ran their farm. They fed us a great lunch.
