Limited choices on the menu and most foods aren’t available!
Airport transfers were a nightmare even though we pre-booked it. Upon arrival, the car was nowhere to be found!!! The worst experience was on our last day going to the airport at 4am. We didn’t know if the driver was going to turn up. Very bad experience!!!! Wouldn’t come back or recommend this hotel.

The staff are all very friendly. The front desk are always very helpful and knows what they’re doing. Restaurant staff needs more training on customer service. It takes forever for them to take our orders considering there are so many of them just hanging around doing nothing.

Though they are doing some renovation, our stay is still ok and comfortable, staff are very nice.

Fernando’s has incredible staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, maintenance, security and restaurant. They are friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is perfect for a stay in Sorsogon City. The museum, market and night market are all in walking distance to the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend Fernando’s.

They also have one of my favorite dish at their restaurant. I enjoyed my travel to Sorsogon staying at Fernando s that they help me solve problem I encounter in between.
