The apartment, located on a recently restored building, is spread over three floors; furnished with care and equipped with every comfort, it is ideal for families or couples looking for the pleasure of living in a relaxing and reserved environment.
Access is via an external staircase or directly from the garage, a large terrace and a paved courtyard are ideal for staying and dining outdoors or sunbathing in an exclusive environment.
In the basement there is the bathroom of the living area and the laundry; on the ground floor, on two levels, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen; on the first floor the master bedroom with bathroom and terrace.
The kitchen has a hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, cookware, crockery, cutlery and accessories for eight people; in the living room there are two large sofas with table, TV with satellite decoder, DVD player and radio.
A sofa can be converted into a double bed and a pouf in a single bed.
A small table, chairs and plastic sun beds are available.
The area, in the area of considerable environmental and landscape interest, is located a short distance from the lakes of Vedana and Mis and on the borders of the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park, an ideal place for those seeking tranquility and relaxation.

The price includes electricity, hot and cold water, gas, tea towels, table cloth, sheets and a kit of towels per week.
