A little piece of paradise

Perfect for Family Vacation

Though we couldn’t swim at the beach right in front of the villa, we had an amazing pool and epic views! (The swimming beach is not far )The villa was perfect for our family (8 people). And we had family and friends in two other villas on the property - 20 people total!! We had the chef a couple of days and she did an amazing job cooking local cuisine. Thanks Jenny - it was delicious!! Jeremy was our go-to for whatever we needed. He was so very helpful. And having Eduardo and his folks as our drivers for the week made it easy and fun to get around. Golf one day, waterfalls another and ended the week with a full afternoon snorkeling off a catamaran around reefs off Sosúa Beach! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Frank for all your EXTREMELY helpful tips! This is the place to go to vacation and RELAX ... do it all or none of it. There’s no way you won’t enjoy your stay!!!

Nice beach , cool pool 😎the only negative: beds are not the best and shower not always work good . Horseback riding, surf and sun ☀️ perfect week 🥰

We know bed preferences can be very diverse and are very important to us. Our beds are medium to firm. We find that this firmness level is comfortable for most of our guests. Sorry that it was not the perfect match for you.
We did not receive any notifications that there were any shower issues. Had we, it would have been an easy and fast fix.

The staff were amazing!

The staff here were wonderful, with Jeremy being very helpful with setting up excursions and even coming out in the middle of night in a rainstorm to fix a small leak around a window. We also used chef, Yenny, to cook for us our last day. She was great, prepared some fresh fish we had caught the day before which was delicious.
Caberete is a nice little town, with a ton of shops and restaraunts right on the beach. It was a great time walking along the shore downtown, exploring all the local places. La Casita de Papi was particularily good. Overall, had a wonderful time and I'd definetly reccomend this place!

Paradise away from home!!!

Special thanks to all the staff - Jeremy, Alfredo, Maria (Manager), and the others who were always there for anything that we needed. We were also able to meet Frank Leone who visited us and made sure we were having a good time!

Paradise on the beach!
Publié le 6 août 2019 sur HomeAwayThis gorgeous house was comfortable and very user friendly! Lots of doors and windows allow the ocean breezes to keep the house cool. I vacationed with family and friends and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Staff was simply amazing. Jeremiah, Mercedes and Alfredo were the best you could ask for. Very close to Cabarete. We will definitely visit this property again!

Absolute Paradise!
Publié le 15 avr. 2019 sur HomeAwayVilla Flamingo was even better than we imagined. The house is spectacular and is better than the pictures! The only sound you hear is the ocean and the view is stunning while sitting out by the pool or many lovely outdoor sitting areas. The beach is very private. When we looked out in any direction you were either the only ones or you may see a few others pass by throughout the day. Unlike in the town of Cabarete, it is very peaceful. The house is about 2 miles from town. You can take a 40 min walk down the beach to get there or walk up to the main road and catch a moto-taxi.
There are some good restaurants in town but be prepared to be approached may times to buy local goods, hair braiding, tour guides, etc. Janet's Supermarket is in town and has everything you would need to make great meals at the house. The house has a nice kitchen with all the cooking utensils needed.
The house staff was fabulous. Jeremy will even crawl up a palm tree and cut you down fresh coconuts. Maria helped us set up massages on the beach and even bought me one as a birthday gift! They all go above and beyond to make you feel safe and help with any vacation needs. Jose was great for transportation to and from the airports. Billy helped us set up the tours we wanted to do. Do NOT miss the Monkey Jungle tour. It was amazing to feed and have Squirrel Monkeys crawl all over you. Absolutely unforgettable!
I would definitely stay at this house again and again!
