Staff was friendly...key cards NEVER worked immediately..which was disappointing. Signage off road is needed...hotel was difficult to find.

Fine property. Breakfast included eggs and sausages and an assortment of cereals, breads etc—nothing fancy but certainly adequate to start your day. The room was fine, though the shower in the room we were given was hard to manage and I never did succeed in getting it to work well. My fault for not asking for a different room. Also, due to the common problem of many motels/hotels not having enough staff, the rooms were only cleaned, new towels etc if you asked. We were fine doing without since our stay was so short.

The contract I have to sign said "there is a charge of $1.59 for each night for use of the safe. If you did not use the safe you can have this removed at checkout". IF this is true then I am owed a refund. The manager said $0 was due (I prepaid) and said nothing about the safe after I asked to have it removed. I consider this to be unscrupulous. I'm sure a profit center because few read the contract and I'm also sure very few use the safe. NOT GOOD PEOPLE! HOW DO I GET A REFUND FOR THIS?

They wont do anything about noisy people, beds are terrible feels like your sleeping on a rock and the pool was dirty .
