Piece of the air conditioner in the room was missing, the baseboard in one area was coming off the wall, and no instructions on how to turn the shower on. Breakfast was decent but not enough tables for everyone

Staff was friendly and I enjoyed my staycation but the room was pretty filthy. Little hairs all over the bathroom and moldy strawberries left in the fridge. Great breakfast

Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived an hour early for check in and that staff was able to accommodate us and provide us with adjoining rooms. We were thrilled to find a hotel near the zoo that had a hot tub, pool AND breakfast included. The hot tub and pool were both clean and well maintained. Staff members were present cleaning and taking care of the property. Everyone was friendly and willing to answer questions and provide help. We were there with our grandchildren who LOVE to go to hotels and swim and make their own breakfast (waffles/pancakes) before we headed to the zoo the next morning. It was affordable and a great location, to the zoo and restaurants.

Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsWe had a larger room with pull out couch. Pool was very small and hot tub wasnt hot. Area was run down. Showers took forver to get hot and mechsnics were falling off. Paint chipping, staff was not friendly

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
