Checked in and went to my room, my key worked and the swing lock was locked. Had given me a room someone already occupied. Room was next to staff room and door was opening and slamming all night. The shower in the room was never hot water, slightly warm at best.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Better than some of the other hotels in the area for an ND game weekend.

The property was convenient to where we were going. The check in process was quick and very efficient. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was dated with rust on the lamps and carpet feeling dirty. My husband even noticed two fleas in the room. The bathroom looks like it was partially renovated recently so was sufficient, but it was difficult to get really hot water for a shower. The breakfast was sufficient and selection was okay. All in all, it was not really worth the price we paid. Other family members stayed a block away and paid $100 less per night for a cleaner, more well appointed room.

Only stayed 9 hrs. Saturday at 3am til about 12 pm. I've been waiting on a refund. I've been trying to notify u since I've left south bend Indiana
