Checking in went ok, however the room they sent us too was already occupied. We called the front desk and they sent a man with another key, the key didn't match the next room he was trying to put us in......then he commented on a King room, we had requested 2 Q's, which he was confused by. The next room he tried, also was occupied. By this time - I was ready to leave. He finally tried the 4th room, which did have 2 Q beds and wasn't occupied. He was not concerned about this mix up at all, didn't apologize to the man who was in the one room. The whole experience was quit unsettling. The next morning the gal at the desk was very nice, apologetic for all the confusion, great gal. Breakfast was fine also.
