Staff was great when I checked in, room was clean. When checking out, I asked about extra charges made on my card, since I paid and booked through a 3rd party. Staff was rude, huffed and puffed about having to take time to check my account. Overall the good experience was overshadowed by the rudeness of this one employee, who clearly was upset about doing her job.

The property is very dark and dated. We found a hair in the bed and hair in the bathroom and shower. We were hot so we set the air conditioner to 65 but it wasn't any better. We expected an HVAC but there was only a windrow unit that didn't reach the bathroom at all.

Dated property, old shower with low water pressure. Very limited options for breakfast. Worst-coffee-ever, weak, watery, flavorless. Extremely low value for the price we paid. Certainly the worst Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. Felt more like Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn, brands I avoid like the plague. Owners appear to be extreme penny pinchers!

It’s was my first time being in Goshen, IN and the area is nice and quiet. The only problem we had was finding the hotel parking lot entrance because the area is dark. There are no street lights and the hotel had no outside lights. There was no lights on the building or the door entrance. Other than those issues the hotel staff are very welcoming and nice. I would stay here again when visiting Goshen again.
