Liked location - easy to walk to South Bend and parks; liked size of the rental and the kitchen was well-appointed. The staff was responsive and accommodating.

Great location. Unfortunately, was advertised as able to sleep 6 people (2 single beds, 1 King bed and a pull out sofa). The pull out sofa did not have sheets and Kasa was unable to resolve this issue for us after 2 hours of phone time with the company during our vacation. They only reimbursed partially for one of the two nights even though two of our guests were out of luck for having sheets on BOTH nights of our stay.

Great space but not great amenities!

When we arrived we got the last parking in the apartment complex. We had to walk a distance to our building. There is no guaranteed parking although they say you have one parking spot. This is suppose to be 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but there is only one shower. The toilet broke in the master bedroom so we only had one toilet for everyone to share. The coffee pot did not work. On the second night there were no parking spots so we illegally parked only to come out the next morning to a tow sticker on my car. I was lucky it did not get towed.
