Nice, basic hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient. Good shower. Excellent value for the price. "Hot breakfast" was mushy flavored potatoes in a crock pot or make your own waffle. Otherwise had the usual continental bfast items.

The man who checked us in was the only good thing this place has! Everything else went down hill from there. Room had issues but we had them handle by that one nice person. At breakfast the woman at desk had her phone so loud it was offensive. We couldn't have a conversation with each other. She was rude to other guests too! No customer service what so ever!! Upon check out I was told to just leave my key on counter and i could go by man who i think was the manager on duty. But who knows because they lack customer service and dont care about their guests. So i will not stay here again nor will i recommend this place to anyone!

We were greeted warmly by Robert who checked us in. The room was cool and clean with enough room for our bags and other items. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast this morning.

When we got there, they said the room was ready. It wasn't to my satisfaction. There were no sheets, blankets, or pillows for the hide-a-bed. They knew we had 4 people staying in that room, so it should have been obvious that the sofa bed would be used. When we pulled the sofa bed out, there were cheerios in the bed, and no sheets, blankets, or pillows to be seen for it. I had to go down and request all that, and I shouldn't have had to. Also when we pulled the sofa bed out, the mattress was disscustingly stained. It was brought to their attention, but nothing was done. Our beds were never made on a daily basis, which most motels normally do. They took out the trash, and left clean towels and refreshed coffee, and that was all. We wouldn't use this motel again.

When we checked in the first room had urine and toilet tissue in the toilet...moved to room #2. The HVAC was very loud, the floor was wet in the room ("it was water coming in from the outside" according to manager Bob), we had to use earplugs to sleep, we moved to room #3 for the second night. Nice room, HVAC was quieter, no wet spot on the floor. As I booked via Expedia, I was not entitled to a free night, per manager Bob, unless Expedia OK'd it. Expedia contacted the hotel and they were unwilling to provide ANY consideration for the issues. We will NOT return. Disappointed.

The remote on tv worked sporadically. The phone didnt work at all. My wife had to call desk on cell phone to see where ice machine was. Beds were fine but made metel noise when you turned over.
