Exceeded our expectations
Room was very inexpensive for what we got in return. Extremely clean, new carpeting throughout except for the stairs. Hot breakfast included. Extremely friendly staff.

Convenient location but not comfortable
The location is excellent for those doing things at Notre Dame. But it had a tiny toilet that needed several flushes to work. There were only two small and lumpy pillows, and the prominently advertised breakfast was non-existent (i.e. there was cereal but no milk, a covered dish for sausage and such but it was empty, no pastries, bread, or bagels. There was coffee in small styrofoam cups but no half and half, only chemical creamers).

Room smelled terrible, light in bathroom didn't work. We had reserved a 2 queen room but it wasn't available when we arrived. We were given a King room and waited 90 minutes for a rollaway bed for our daughter. Would not recommend

Property needs to be demolished and rebuilt. I spoke with manager regarding dirty room,bathroom tub was disgusting, air conditioner did not work. And we only had a sheet to sleep with no blanket. She said she was going to call me as I felt we should be compensated for the some of the cost. It was close to $400 for the night. She never called me. Terrrible stay and terrible customer service.

The pictures did not match the location. It was not clean, someone was smoking pot most of the night water fountains had dust in them. If I could have I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else.

The hotel was horrible. It was dirty. The bathtub had stains, and there were small bugs in the lamps. The only decent part was the check in assistance. The receptionist was pleasant.

I’m usually not to picky because I’m a budget hotel shopper. I paid a little more for this due to the proximity and wanting to be close to campus for movies in day. The lobby was nice. When we stepped off the elevator you could smell smoke, I checked and all the signs said no smoking, so I assumed they just didn’t update the halls beyond paint. The room didn’t have that smoke smell. It looked nice at first glance. New carpet, paint was nice, granite vanity in the bathroom. The white bedding looked clean. As I settled I I saw how gross it was. The cushion in the window was all stained I didn’t even want to set my suitcase down, the desk chair was all stained didn’t want to sit on it either, the bathtub was stained and didn’t have a drain cover, and I found a fake nail on the dresser. The pillows were lumpy.
