Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Sauble Beach Hidden Jewel

30th birthday retreat

Ideal rental experience
Posted Jul. 9, 2024 on HomeAwayCould not have asked for a more perfect spot for our girls weekend !!! Looks even better than the pictures:) Check-in was seamless, and the place was in immaculate condition (with ample kitchen appliances available!). The location is unbeatable: across the street from the beach, an 8-10 minute walk over to the main street. The fire pit outside with marshmellow roasting sticks made for a great campfire night. Patio set-up is great for entertaining, and the umbrella was big enough that all 5 of us comfortably spent the afternoon outside while it was raining. Internet was strong, tv included an hdmi cord so we had no issues connecting our laptop for a movie night.
The real jewel of the rental, however, is the owner, Tim. Tim was so beyond helpful both in the weeks leading up to our stay and throughout the weekend. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience, would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Tim!!

Mini getaway with family and friends
Posted Jun. 24, 2024 on HomeAway•Cute cottage. Cozy and comfortable indoor space. Lots of room outdoors with enough privacy from the trees.
•Excellent host. Hospitable and prompt with responses.
•Great location. Just as described. Steps to the beach and main strip.
Definitely recommend!
We enjoyed our stay despite the rainy and cooler weather.
