Awesome location
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved the location and stream access. Coffee pot is not great and dishwasher leaves soap on the dishes. Has some interesting angles that are challenging for tall folks. Otherwise it’s a nice clean place with a nice deck and all the amenities.

Publié le 26 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a beautiful location and the layout of the house was beautiful! The house was not as clean as I would have appreciated. Bathrooms and trash under beds. Wish it was a little more deep cleaned.

A few glitches plus advice from current VRBO owners
Publié le 12 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayCheck in was shaky due to poor communication from Vercasa. Too long to detail but property manager came and got us in. Microwave in kitchen did not work and had electrical ozone smell when using. Local caretaker for Vercasa came by and confirmed it was a potential fire hazard and even cut the plug to be safe. Coffee maker needs replaced. When brewing it would only brew for about 5 minutes and then would shut down. Had to keep hitting brew button to both brew and keep coffee hot. Several reviews noted issues with dishwasher from previous clients. It seems like those reviews were not acted on as we also had issues with it also. Seems nearly every LED was not working on the contol panel so no idea if and when it was going to run or not. Could not cancel operation.
It would be nice to have a coffee table in front of huge sectional. Had to set coffee on floor or hold. There was one end table and that was all for a sectional that would seat about 10 people. It also would be nice to have nightstands in bedrooms to have eyeglasses and cell phone chargers at hand. I had to use suitcase for nightstand. We did not need fireplace but could have. Despite the listing notes a fireplace on main floor there was a big sign on mantle not to use since it was not vented properly.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!
Publié le 26 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayWE HAD THE BEST TIME! SUCH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. HOUSE WAS LARGE ENOUGH TO GIVE EVERYONE PRIVACY. ONLY THING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE DIFFERENTLY IS THE TRASH CAN TO KEEP CREATURES OUT AT NIGHT.

Family Christmas Ski Trip

Good fairly secluded property. Beautiful view on the river.
Publié le 15 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayWe skied at Wolf Creek and the drive from South Fork was much easier than that of Pagosa Springs.
Plenty of room for many guests. One
and half of the rooms are only good for kids due to the low ceiling. It had a great front yard with room for kids to play. The back, by the deck is right on the river.
There wasn't room for wet gear in the entry. There are a few floor layout issues, like carpet under the table and the downstairs floor transitions have a couple inch rise. Beware if you have littles the spiral stairs are dangerous. It would have been nice to have been able to use the fireplaces.
Overall we had a great time and it worked for what we needed and would stay again!

Quiet House, lots of room
Publié le 16 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayNice quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking room. Lots of room in house to spread out. One room works better for kids just because of the angle of the ceiling. One room has a mattress that probably needs to be replaced. It dips toward the top of the bed. Having 2 fridges close was really nice to designate at “drink” one for kids. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans/utensils. The staircase is a doozy! There was trash left in the garage that housekeeping forgot to take. Contacting the agency and having it picked up was no big deal and done quickly!
