2019 new construction, new swim spa open year round (20x8 mini pool/hot tub combo), amazing location…. 1 block from town 5 blocks to the beach. It just doesn't get any better than this...... five bedrooms, two master suites, three living areas, five flat screen TV's, screened porch, outdoor bar area, swim spa, large bunk room, great front porch, an ivy privacy wall, theatre and game room and plenty of parking. This is truly a one of a kind property in an amazing spot in the heart of South Haven so close to everything with all the amenities you could hope for in a vacation destination. Open the front door to the open concept living/dining/kitchen area with custom accents everywhere. Step in to view the fireplace with shiplap and the real barnwood beam encasing the dining area. Check out the well stocked kitchen with large island, quartz countertops & glass tile back splash and from there walk right onto the screened in porch which offers an additional eating area. Two main floor bedrooms & bathrooms finish out the main level. The master bedroom has a custom ceiling in the master bedroom and an attached master bathroom with tile/glass shower enclosure, double sinks, washer and dryer and a private entrance to the swim spa. The other main floor bedroom is sized right for guests & offers private bathroom access to the main floor bathroom.

The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area. A large bedroom serves as a 2nd floor master suite with an attached bathroom including a shower, toilet and sink. A spacious bunk room for all ages with four twin beds and a walk in closet provides a great space for kids to enjoy especially with toys in the closet! The living area on this floor is nautically themed with a sectional, two extra chairs and a flat screen. The downstairs offers a retreat with a 3rd living area, ping pong table, foosball air hockey AND a very cool theater room with messaging chairs that light up and heat.

In the back yard you can enjoy nice shaded green space surrounded by large mature trees along with a swim spa and outdoor bar area. This provides a great space for outdoor play, yard games and enjoying the outdoors. The storage closet outside is packed with yard games, beach equipment and bikes.

All this and an absolutely amazing location to boot! Fill your vehicle with groceries on the way in and park for the week/weekend everything is within walking distance. In the winter enjoy the ice skating rink 1 block away under the lighted pavilion with skate rental. Swim spa runs year round! This home is absolutely beautiful…inside & out!!! So much for our family to do with the game room, theater room and swim spa. Only a block from all the downtown fun as well.The owners were wonderful to work with and had everything you would need more and more at the house. A Fantastic Getaway Weekend!
We had a group of nine ladies for our "V^G (Vacay Adventure Gals) Getaway" weekend in South Haven. We all fit perfectly in the home, which was absolutely beautiful! We had plenty of room to spread out around the house - giving community space for those who wanted, and quiet space for those wanting to be alone. We were surprised just how close the home was to everything downtown! We were able to walk everywhere! Although the home had a basement full of entertainment options, we spent all of our time wondering around town, playing games together around the dining table, in the spa, or at the beach! The host was very helpful with any questions we had! The home was incredibly clean too, plus we really appreciated all of the extra beach towels! We will definitely stay here again, next time we head to South Haven!

The house is exactly as listed with plenty of space, bedrooms each having their own accompanying bathroom (except the bunk room). The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of space to gather and cook. The kitchen also was well stocked with everything you need to clean. The basement was great for playing games and watching a football game on the projector. The spa in the backyard was perfect for an unseasonably cool few days. Would happily stay again! Great vacation home in an excellent location.
We took advantage of the proximity to the beach, riverfront parks and downtown restaurants and shops. My wife, kids, grandkids and I had a great time. The grandkids really enjoyed the toys in the closet and we made use of the beach equipment almost every day and the swim/spa every day. Absolutely wonderful. We had ages 4-75 with 11 people total. Perfect location to let the kids walk to town on their own, the walk to the beach was fine for the 4 year olds, and the porch made for great people watching. The house has everything you could possibly need-including a stool so the kids could reach the sink:) The swim spa was perfect because the lake was cold! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

We had an amazing stay here! We had 2 toddlers with us so the large spa was perfect (we turned down the temp for them). The house has everything you need for kiddos! Everything was well-stocked and clean. The town was literally a 3-min walk, the beach and splash pad were a 10-min walk, Kids Corner park was a 15-min walk - everything so walkable! Susan was super responsive and checked in with me via text during our stay to see how everything was. We will definitely be returning!

I booked this house for my Mama, sister and 2 aunties to have a girls weekend and I can’t help but rave about the entire experience! Susan did a fabulous job with the lay out and sheer cuteness and convenience of her beautiful home! We each had our own bed/shower and we sat at the island in the kitchen for hours just hanging out. The house is close enough to walk downtown and we ate and drank our way through it. The locals are so inviting and kind. Many conversations were had wondering where we live and what brought us to their beautiful town. We have already agreed to make this an annual thing and we will be staying at this house again!!
