We are a newer short term rental in South Haven!

Charming and cozy, bright and fresh, Stone’s Throw is ready to host your family for a fun filled vacation. Our 900 sq foot home is a ‘stone’s throw’ from all the adventures and activities of South Haven!
We are about a 10 minute walk to downtown SoHa and a quick drive or bike ride to popular South Beach. And we are just a short distance to the many beaches, orchards, galleries, breweries and restaurants the area has to offer.
Enjoy our updated home with many amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay.
*Feel safe and confident in this *clean* and updated space. Washer/dryer in unit. Duvets and blankets and laundered after every stay.
*Relax in the hot tub, and rinse off sand in the hot water outdoor shower.
*Sleep well in the brand new beds and fresh linens.
*Cook in the modern kitchen or on the outdoor gas grill. Many extras included, for example a built in reverse osmosis water filter, Vitamix blender, and dishwasher.
*Savor the outdoors in a private, fenced in backyard that boasts a large patio, complete with plenty of outdoor furniture, gas fire pit, and corn hole game. *New storage shed availabe to store your bikes and other gear. We are haply to provide a 3D tour on request!

Perfect Holiday Stay
Our family of five fit perfectly in this home for the few days we stayed between Christmas and New Years. Laura and Justin were incredibly gracious with their space and so helpful in their advice for hot spots in South Haven and beyond. We made it over to Bittersweet one day to ski. It was a first for our kids and we had the best time. Hitting the hot tub at the house that night after skiing was the best medicine! The home was stocked so well, including the games that we played for hours, laughing as a family (without the need of our phones for entertainment)! Truly a gem in South Haven. We hope to return to try out the beach in the summer some time!

A Perfect Get away
The place had everything we needed, from comfortable accommodations to essential amenities. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host was fantastic and went out of her way to do some extra things for our mini honeymoon. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

5/5!!! Highly recommend booking! Beautiful home that is set up with anything and everything that one might need during their stay. Great hosts that respected privacy and were great when it comes to communicating. Easy check-in & check-out. House was squeaky clean. Fantastic Family Vacation Home
This house was the perfect home for a family vacation by the Lake. The house is exactly as the photos show, it was spotlessly clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and the bikes. Communication with the owner was always quick and easy, checking into the house was really straightforward, the house is close to town and to the beach. We had a great stay and would fully recommend this house.

Perfect Family Vacation Getaway
We loved this rental! The host provided everything we needed, including beach equipment. The kids loved the outdoor games, and we loved being able to enjoy the backyard while they played. The property was clean and nicely decorated, and it had the perfect amount of space for a family of four. The house was well-organized. The host had trash, laundry, and cleaning handled so we could relax and enjoy the house. The entryway/sun porch ended up being a great space for storage and getting everyone ready to go. It was minutes from the beach and all there was to do in South Haven. It has easy access to the main roads if you want to explore other nearby communities. They even provided a QR code list and map of places for us to explore, eat, and experience. Thank you for making this one of our easiest vacations. The kids can't wait to come back!

Great place for a long weekend getaway!
Stones Throw was the perfect place for a relaxing long weekend. It was immaculate and exactly as advertised. We loved the hot tub outside and the electric fireplace inside. Lots of beach/hot tub and shower towels all tightly rolled… very impressive! The kitchen was loaded with everything that we could have possibly needed. Relaxing long weekend
My husband and I had a long weekend planned and this rental fulfilled everything and more. Laura gave us an early check-in as well as a very extended check-out. The property is true to listing. Beautifully Renovated Home!
This is a beautifully recently renovated home on a quiet street north of downtown South Haven. Everything was like new, including the kitchen supplies. It was immaculately clean and furnished. As the listing notes, it’s 900 sq feet but it’s so well laid out that my family of four had no trouble with space at all. This is a real find!!

Lovely fall weekend
We had a lovely visit and enjoyed the property. The home is recently renovated, immaculate, and bright with modern decor. The owners have thought of everything, including a well-stocked cabinet filled with games, puzzles, and crayons for the kids. The weather was not great, but we got to enjoy the hot tub. Perfect Stay!
Couldn't have been better. We were so impressed by how clean the home was and how many small details the hosts thought of. Perfect blend of practical and comfortable that so many short term rentals can't get right. Location is great - we walked to the beach and downtown everyday. Van Buren trail just a couple blocks away. Kids' Corner park 5-10 minute walk. Pickleball at the High School right around the corner (there's a good open play every morning around 8 on Saturdays and 7 M-Fri). We can't wait to go back!

Perfection!
We loved our time at Stones Throw SoHa. Laura thought of so many details and the house is stocked with anything you may need during your stay. Just a bike ride away from the new Kids Corner Park/Blue beach stairs and downtown. The backyard is private, a nice size, and the hot tub was amazing! We felt privileged to stay here and hope to do so again some time!

Great Updated House in the Heart of South Haven
We have been coming to South Haven for many years. This home was updated, comfortable, and spacious with an extra bedroom. It had all the appliances we needed including a blender for smoothies. The kitchen is darling and we appreciated the washer and dryer on the main floor. The jacuzzi was also greatly appreciated. The outdoor shower made it easy to help keep sand out of the house. The location is close to the Van Buren bike trail which was fun to hop on and explore. The home has been nicely updated. Plenty of room in the backyard for bbq with the family when you don't want to eat in town. We will definitely plan to return next year if it's available. The shed to keep our bikes in and the extra beach towels were also a huge plus!

This house was perfect. All the amenities you could think of were offered, plus more. It was everything you could see in the description and pictures of the property. So clean and bright. Great communication with the host. Just easy all around. I would highly recommend staying here!
