Quaint with Amazing location

You cannot beat the location, one block in from the water and one block away from the public entrance of south beach. The exterior is lovely (the grass needs some tending to) but the main lobby has been renovated and is really beachy and friendly feeling. Breakfast in the morning was simple but did the trick. We had an older room, which met our needs but was a bit outdated. That said, some rooms are newer and looked beautiful. Make sure you inquire about that. All in all, really happy with our decision to stay here - location is also an 8 minute walk to downtown where all the restaurants are and a very delicious bakery across the street. Highly recommend!

We loved the location and the view. Staff is very nice. The only thing we didn't like is we didn't know we were located on the 3rd floor. We are in our mid 60's and it was difficult getting all our suitcases and stuff up the 3 flights of stairs. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Amazing.
