Everything was great. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were neat and clean; all the rooms were well-stocked.

Overbooked and moved
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsThe stay never happened. it was supposed to be a one-night business related stay, and the DAY of the reservation they called me and left me a message that they overbooked and were moving me to Fairfield Inn, which was a significant downgrade. Not cool.

Although we were able to move you I do apologize for the overbooking on our end. Please feel free to always call and double check all reservations and we will make it our top priority that this does not happen again.
