Posted Sep. 4, 2024 on HomeAwayI had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect, close to both URI and the beaches, making it super convenient for students or beach lovers. The room itself has a luxury feel and was spotlessly clean, which made it even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The small kitchen, along with a washer and dryer, had everything I needed for a short or long-term stay. Highly recommended!

Posted Aug. 22, 2024 on HomeAwayI completely loved this little cottage style studio. It was exactly as shown and Kim and Chris are great hosts! Location is in a super quiet neighborhood close to stores, restaurants, and beaches! I have already recommended this to someone and would return! I especially like that bed linens and towels were included and I didn’t get robbed on all kinds of additional fees.

Posted Aug. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayA perfect place for business or pleasure. I was traveling alone on business, but this property would be ideal for a couple and one small child. The property was spotless and had all the amenities I needed! The host was extremely friendly and responsive. This is a beautiful little corner of Rhode Island that I had never visited, and there is plenty to do. I hope to return, and this property will be the first place I check.
