Better than expected!!
Posted Aug. 12, 2024 on HotelsGot upgraded to the presidential suite, what a great surprise considering we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We had our 20 month old with us as well & he loved all of the space. My husband & I most especially loved having our own private hot tub! The kitchen had everything we needed & the breakfast buffet was a good bonus in the morning. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting in the Saloon. Such a great stay would definitely return & refer to family & friends of ours. 😀

It is a very good hotel. Super close to the heavenly shopping center. Two bedrooms are spacious and quiet with kitchen. Very convenient for family travels. The only problem is the pillow was found dirty. If you didn’t book long duration stay, you need to call the front desk for room service.

The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was accommodating and patient. The breakfast was delicious.

Posted Aug. 6, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was average. Rooms were spacies enough. I like that it had a kitchen with pots and pans to cook, fridge to store food & beverages. My issues were when my family & I arrived, one of the bathroom shower floors were disgusting. Looked like soap scum on the floor. Also, the entire flooors were very dirty. I had to constantly wipe my kids feet because they were black from all the dirt. The hotel staff should mop floors once in awhile. Also, the air vents were not secured at all. My 2 year old kept pulling it off. Anyways, I did love the hotel breakfast in the morning & also the Heavenly Village Gondola, ride goes right over the hotel. Kids, loved the pool and hot tube.
