The housekeeping was not done ! Asked front desk for it but she did not care. She was supposed to bring us clean towels but nothing !!! I had to go and insist and then I brought myself my towels !!! This is not what we expect from this standard of hotel ! Except this, nice hotel, good breakfast, nice rooms.

-Thin walls/insulation, I can hear noises like car doors slamming. Right next door's dog has been whining and barking consistently.
-Window's right side panel is broken.
-Ironing board is broken.
-Bed is hard.
-There is parking fee.
-Can use more training in customer service for morning FD staff. Night shift was very nice and helpful.

-It is a renovated hotel therefore it looks modern.
-Location can be a walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Gondola.
-Descent free breakfast.
-Pet friendly.

Very nice accommodations and amenities. The Suite was very nice and spacious. We would definitely come back and stay there next time.

Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis is a very nicely remodeled hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. The location is very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not the best. It’s quite limited and what they did have was not done well. The potatoes were raw and tasted gritty. Like they hadn’t been washed. The fruit tasted ‘fuzzy’ like the canned stuff and as it was a couple of days old. Otherwise this was a pleasant stay.

It has all of the amenities to feel as if you are at home away from home. However, in my opinion, the bed was too hard and pillows too flat. Otherwise, it is a wonderful hotel with great, friendly staff.

Check in was supposed to be at 4 pm, but our room wasn’t ready until 4:30 pm. They offered to comp parking for one night, but we weren’t aware we had to pay for parking at all. The room was decent but it was expensive for what it was.
