Great Tahoe stay

A little bit of Heaven!!!
Publié le 15 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy 2 sons there wives granddaughter my sister and myself celebrated my wife of 56 years passing to her new life. The weather was unbelievable. Lake was FLAT for the most part. Aurora Borealis was beautiful as seen from the Lake in front of your house. I cann't find away to seed you a picture but it was beautiful. We have 4 different time shares at South Lake so we know how blessed the weather was for us. Thank you for a well kept place on the lake. Doug PS wall plugs are hard to keep plugged in. Three of our timeshares are at the Beachcomber around the corner.

House was nice, comfy and well stocked.

Family Get Away
Publié le 2 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayPlanned a family pre-thanksgiving weekend. Home was perfect in size and set up. Property managers were very responsive to every issue. We had a roof leak and they were very accessible and understanding. communication during the stay was awesome. Unfortunately the beds were so hard my husband and I had no sleep for 4 nights and our bodies were destroyed. The HVAC system was so loud, ear plugs did not help the dampen the disruption (another factor in our lack of sleep) So over all, the unit is an amazing destination- especially for summer months - the property management is great. Just bring a mattress topper;-)

We're so sorry to hear about the issues you encountered while sleeping. Mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. However, we have shared your review with the owners for their consideration and have inspected all mattresses to make sure no replacements are needed. We have also inspected the HVAC system to make sure nothing is out of the ordinary to make additional noise. For any future stays, please give us a call if you are experiencing any issues at the home and we will help troubleshoot right away.
