Not So Great
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsWe had high hopes for this place. We had hoped that it was comparable to Tahoe Beach and Ski Club but it was definitely not. The property itself was really run-down. The screen door did not Glide smoothly, it was very clunky. There were various holes in the walls. The place was in general disrepair. The whole place seemed very dated. The parking was very challenging. Two of us had spiders on our pillows at different times over the weekend. The pool and beach were not very monitored very well. No wrist bands or people keeping the general public out.
We encountered two bears during our stay and one was staying under the porch across from us. It was very close. The security guard was there to be sure that everything was ok. That was helpful. We were able to get extra towels from Zalanta down the street. Checkout was simple and easy. I would not stay here again. It was not worth the money.

Ok place to stay
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt was nice staying at a location close to the beach with a pool. But it was strange having to check in at a different location than the front desk downstairs. The room we stayed in could use a deep clean and needs some maintenance TLC. Dust falling off the fan, loose faucet and TP holders. Neighbor’s remote could control our fan. It was nice having full loft space and a balcony. Comfortable beds. For how much the HOA is on those condos I thought the property should be in better condition: peeling elevators, pot holes outside. Broken foot washer and shower in the pool area.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in. We utilized pool, hot tub, laundry room, and of course spent time on the beach.

This place is great for a family get away. The beach/pool area was excellent.
Not handicapped friendly (stairs), only way is going through the garage.
This place seems very comfortable for a ski trip during winter!
