Staff seemed “put out” when we has any issues, often said basically ‘that’s not my department.” We had 2 rooms and the heating and air didn’t work in one for 2 days. Staff kept saying there’s nothing they could do but we persisted and they finally sent someone who fixed it in about 30 minutes. The entire lobby was closed for a New Year’s party for only ages 21 & upon New Year’s Eve but we could watch & hear the whole thing from our balcony. Shouldn’t market as a “family” resort when NYE was closed to anyone under 21. Looked like there were very few people there anyway. Bars don’t open til 4. We would have gladly spent $ on drinks there if bar was open earlier but had to go elsewhere. Hot tub was NASTY.

Great place to stay! We've been here several times since Margaritaville took over and redesigned the property. It's centrally located next to both Heavenly village and Casinos. There are great food options on the property, and a really chill bar in the lobby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet.
I would definitely recommend.
**Note**--We had to leave on the 2nd day of our scheduled 4 day stay because my wife injured her ankle. The staff accommodated our request for early departure and even refunded the portion of our reservation that we did not use.
Very highly recommend this property!

Really enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the robes came in handy. Valet parking available but no self parking.

Great Resort!
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsOur first time staying at MargaritaVille. It was an amazing stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The guys running the valet were very efficient. We loved being so close to all the casinos and shopping. A short walk to the lake! Special shot out to the nice gentleman working the bar inside Land Shark Bar and Grill. He was fantastic!
