The room was not ready and she would not give us the key until it was. When we finally got in the room was not clean. It was also never able to be cleaned the four days we stayed.

Thank you. I'm very surprised to hear this. Why didn't you call me? I always ask people to call me if there's any issues. Marriott is a 5 star hotel. So this is very unusual to hear. Marriott does complete renovations of the rooms every 5 years. Their standards of design are high, which of course may not be to everyone's liking.

Great Weekend Get Away
Publié le 5 oct. 2020 sur HomeAwayWe came up to Tahoe for the weekend. The property is in an awesome location in Heavenly Village with great access to lots of food, shopping and seasonal activities. The unit would be great for a longer stay, but was great for the weekend too. Would recommend.

This year we rented from a different owner. We liked the room and location the best! The room was in much better shape than the one we stayed in last year. I love the convenience of the valet, location to gondola and ski valet. It was a great stay!

Publié le 13 mai 2018 sur HomeAwayThe Marriott Grand Residance is always great , it’s our go to place in Tahoe. The studio was perfect a short getaway without the kids. Would definitely rent it again. The owner / agent and VRBO make the process super simple.
